Refund Policy for Cab Services
At RK Travels, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service. We understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy outlined below:
Cancellation and Returns: You may cancel the booking up to 1 hour before the journey without any cancellation charges for all services. However, last-minute cancellations might cause a loss to the driver. Therefore, we recommend canceling as soon as you have learned of the change in your travel plans.

Refund Policy: If you are eligible for refunds based on the “Cancellation and Returns” policy above, then the refund will be processed with in 24hrs and remitted back 5-7 working days. In case of any issues, write to us at rktravelsbangalore@gmail.com or call us at 9845470224
Cancelled rides: If you cancel your ride before it has been dispatched, you are eligible for a full refund.
Service failure: In the event of service failure, such as prolonged delays or technical issues, resulting in the inability to provide the agreed-upon service.

Overcharge: If you have been charged incorrectly or more than the agreed-upon fare.

Refund Procedure:

To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the ride completion or the occurrence of the issue.
Provide relevant details such as ride date, time, and booking reference number to expedite the refund process.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
Refund Processing Time:
Once the refund request is approved, please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Non-Refundable Situations:
No-shows: If you fail to show up for your ride without prior cancellation, refunds will not be provided.
Changes in travel plans: Refunds will not be provided for changes in travel plans made by the customer after the ride has been dispatched.
Damage or misconduct: Refunds will not be provided if the customer engages in misconduct or damages the vehicle during the ride.
Refund Exceptions:
In exceptional circumstances, such as natural disasters or unforeseen events beyond our control, refund policies may be adjusted at the discretion of RK Travels management.
